Packaging Options

Bulk parts (small hardware, fasteners): Corrugated layer packs in bulk cartons with inter-layer separation.

Medium precision parts: Tray-packed in VCI polyethylene bags in individual foam-lined compartments. Prevents surface contact and mechanical damage in transit.

Large precision parts: Individual VCI bag + bubble wrap in custom-fit foam-lined carton. For machined bore surfaces and cosmetic-grade finishes.

Assembled sub-assemblies: Custom designed to the assembly. Protective caps on threaded features and sealing faces. Foam supports preventing bearing surface contact.

VCI rust prevention: VCI (volatile corrosion inhibitor) polyethylene bags are standard on all ocean freight shipments. Protects aluminum, zinc, and magnesium surfaces against oxidation for up to 24 months in sealed packaging.

Inspection Report	Dimensional report (FAI) or production sample report

Optional: REACH/RoHS declarations, IMDS data, pressure test records, X-ray inspection records, heat treatment certificates.

Express services (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for prototypes, urgent production, and small orders. Transit time door-to-door including customs: 4- business days to USA and Europe.
