KastMfg Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a precision die casting manufacturer based in Nanjing, China, with over 20 years of experience in high-pressure aluminum, zinc, and magnesium die casting. Since our founding, we have grown from a regional casting supplier into a globally trusted manufacturing partner, serving OEM and industrial customers across North America, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.

Our 28,000 m² facility integrates the complete die casting value chain under one roof: in-house tooling design and fabrication, high-pressure die casting (80T-,600T), CNC machining, surface finishing, quality inspection, and logistics. This integrated model eliminates inter-supplier handoffs, reduces lead times, and gives our customers a single point of accountability from drawing to delivery.

Over two decades, we have built deep expertise across the industries our customers operate in -automotive powertrain and EV systems, industrial hydraulics and pneumatics, electronics and telecommunications enclosures, and LED lighting. Our History

KastMfg was established over 20 years ago in Nanjing, China, beginning with a small fleet of aluminum cold-chamber machines serving local industrial customers. Over the following decade, we expanded our machine tonnage range, invested in in-house tooling capability, and began developing export relationships with buyers in Europe and North America.

In the 2010s, we added zinc hot-chamber capability and magnesium casting cells, significantly broadening the alloy range we could serve. Investment in CNC machining and surface finishing transformed us from a casting-only supplier into a full-service component manufacturer.

Today, KastMfg operates one of the most integrated die casting facilities in Nanjing, with a customer base spanning 30+ countries and programs ranging from 100-piece prototype tooling to multi-million-piece annual production contracts.
